Refund of Products purchased Online
Except for defective products, products may only be returned for credit in the following circumstances
- Products returned must not be obsolete, incomplete, damaged or otherwise imperfect.
- The amount of credit allowed in respect of the products returned, if any, will be subject to a service charge at the our standard rate of (30%) thirty percent, unless specifically states otherwise in writing.
- Products cannot be rejected unless defective on original supply or incorrectly supplied. Products specially produced or procured to order cannot be rejected as being unsuitable or because they are no longer required by you.
- No responsibility is accepted by us for products lost or damaged in transit during return to us.
- No returns will be accepted for credit after the expiry of (7) seven days from date of original supply.
- Products sold as used, ex-rental or second hand products will not be accepted for credit, return, exchange or refund for any reason whatsoever.
