Our Company

Austwide Sales & Rentals is an Australian owned and operated company, meeting the needs of small business, corporate customers and commercial refrigeration rental resale companies in Australia.

Since 1991, many companies have selected Austwide as their rental equipment / service contract provider, allowing them to concentrate on their core business. Secure in the knowledge that their refrigeration and customers needs are being serviced in a professional manner, these companies realise that a uniform, well presented refrigerated merchandiser, is an important factor when appealing to customers to purchase their products.

Changing marketplace trends often dictate that your company owned refrigerated merchandisers will be outdated in style, suitability for new product packaging, gravity feeding etc. With rental periods ranging from 1 – 5 years on new and refurbished items, Austwide provides an opportunity to keep up with changing market moods, allowing you to obtain items for set periods or projects, then at contract expiry you can replace the items with the next generation merchandiser to continue capturing those sales.

Only sourcing commercial refrigeration that will withstand the harsh Australasian conditions, Austwide selects global equipment manufacturers that produce refrigerated equipment, suitable for use by beverage, milk and juice companies.

Austwide also offers annual service agreements for selected company owned commercial refrigeration items, database compilation and asset tracking. Key customers are able to logon live to the Austwide database, for placement of service calls, reports and retrieval of relevant information, specific to their contracted services.

All service calls are placed via our 1800 number and Austwide delivers the total package of equipment sourcing, transport & delivery, service and upkeep.
